Refund policy

• If you ordered online, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and then have another 14 days to send the item back.

• Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging. If a product has been used or handled beyond what’s needed to check it, we may make a reasonable deduction for diminished value.

• Unless an item is faulty or damaged, return postage is your responsibility. We’ll refund the product price and our standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of postage.

• Faulty or damaged? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns of cosmetic products once opened. Items supplied with a hygiene seal can only be returned if the seal is intact.
