Processing times

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays). During launches or promotions, dispatch may take a little longer.

  • Pre-orders or low-stock items will show an estimated dispatch date at checkout.

UK delivery options

  • Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–4 working days — £3.50

  • Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 working days — £4.95

  • Free standard UK delivery on orders £25.00+ (standard service)

Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates; remote areas may take longer.

Packaging

Each bottle is packed with a tamper-evident seal and cushioning to prevent leaks. Please open parcels carefully to avoid damage.

Address changes & delivery issues

  • Enter your delivery address carefully; we can’t redirect parcels once shipped.

  • If a parcel is marked delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbours and safe places first, then email us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with missing items, email arganical.treasures@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll sort it.

Late deliveries

Royal Mail considers a parcel delayed after:

  • 10 working days (UK)

Note: for reasons of health protection and hygiene, opened cosmetic products can’t be returned for change of mind. Items supplied with a hygiene seal can only be returned if the seal is intact.
