By accessing arganical.co.uk (the “Site”) and buying from us, you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time; the version shown at checkout applies to your order.

Products & pricing
All prices are in GBP. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. We do our best to show colours, sizes and descriptions accurately. Minor deviations or packaging changes may occur.

Ordering & payment
An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable, pricing error, or suspected fraud). Your card will be charged when you place the order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information.

Shipping & delivery
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address provided. Please check parcels on arrival and tell us promptly about any damage or shortages.

Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your legal rights are explained on our Returns & Refunds page: /policies/refund-policy (or /pages/returns).
In short:

  • Online customers have a 14-day cancellation period from delivery and a further 14 days to send items back.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. If items are used/handled beyond what’s necessary to check them, we may deduct a reasonable amount for diminished value.

  • Faulty items are handled in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Please follow the instructions on our Returns page to start a return.

Health & hygiene
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of opened cosmetic products. Where products are supplied with a hygiene seal, they can only be returned if the seal is intact. (We state this on relevant product pages.)

Age
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site.

Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without permission.

Prohibited uses
Do not misuse the Site (e.g., upload malware, scrape, use automated systems, or use the Site for unlawful purposes).

Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer. Otherwise, we won’t be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the price paid for that purchase.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
